Ricotta with Strawberries and Cherry Drizzle


500g Strawberries hulled 

375g Smooth Ricotta 

1/2 cup Morella Grove Cherry balsamic Drizzle

1/4 sliced fresh mint 

Cointreau ( optional )

1. Slice strawberries into quarters 

2. Scoop ricotta evenly into 4 glass dishes 

3. Layer strawberries into glass dish starting with sides of glass dish then add more into the centre 

4. Add 4-6 slices of mint to each dish 

5. Drizzle Morella Grove cherry balsamic (1/4 cup each serving )

6. Drizzle with Cointreau ( optional )
