Morella Grove Cranberry Cherry Tart


11/2 Cups Self Raising flour

3/4 Cup Sugar

125g melted butter

1 egg (beaten)

1 Tsp Vanilla

1 Jar of Morella Cranberry Cherry Jam


Place flour & sugar in a bowl & add the butter, beaten egg + vanilla and mix with a fork or spatula until combined.

Press 3/4 of the mix into a lined tart tray.

Spread the jar of Morella Cranberry Cherry jam over the mix.

Crumble the remaining mix over the top of the jam.

Bake in a moderate oven (190 deg) for approximately 25mins.

When cool, dust with icing sugar & serve
