Ingredients
11/2 Cups Self Raising flour
3/4 Cup Sugar
125g melted butter
1 egg (beaten)
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 Jar of Morella Cranberry Cherry Jam
Method
5, Place flour & sugar in a bowl & add the butter, beaten egg + vanilla and mix with a fork or spatula until combined.
Press 3/4s of mix into a lined tart tray.
Spread the jar of Morella Cranberry Cherry jam over mix.
Crumble the remaining mix over the top of the jam.
Bake in a moderate oven (190 deg) for approximately 25mins.
7 When cool, dust with icing sugar & serve
