INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 Cups SR flour
3/4 Cup Sugar
125g Melted Butter
1 x Egg (beaten)
1 Tsp Vanilla
2 x Jars Morella Grove Cranberry Cherry Jam
1/2 Cup shredded Coconut
METHOD
🍒 Place flour & sugar in a bowl. Add butter, egg & vanilla, mix with a fork until combined.
🍒 Press 3/4 of the mix into a slice tray & spread the Morella Jam over top of base.
🍒 Combine coconut & remaining & crumble over the top of Jam.
🍒 Bake in a moderate oven 175deg for approximately 25 mins or until topping is golden brown.
🍒 Serve with ice cream
