Cherry & Coconut slice

INGREDIENTS⁠
1 1/2 Cups SR flour⁠
3/4 Cup Sugar⁠
125g Melted Butter⁠
1 x Egg (beaten)⁠
1 Tsp Vanilla⁠
2 x Jars Morella Grove Cranberry Cherry Jam⁠
1/2 Cup shredded Coconut⁠

METHOD⁠
🍒 Place flour & sugar in a bowl. Add butter, egg & vanilla, mix with a fork until combined. ⁠
🍒 Press 3/4 of the mix into a slice tray & spread the Morella Jam over top of base. ⁠
🍒 Combine coconut & remaining & crumble over the top of Jam. ⁠
🍒 Bake in a moderate oven 175deg for approximately 25 mins or until topping is golden brown. ⁠
🍒 Serve with ice cream
