Returns
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
- Products eligible for return: Unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund, provided they are in their original packaging and condition.
- Exclusions: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items unless they are defective.
- Defective products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return and replacement process.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- Shipping costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Return Your Item
To return an item to Morella Grove, please follow these steps:

- Pack your items: Carefully pack the items, ideally in the original packaging.
- Ship the items back: Send the items back to our address, which will be provided by our customer service team upon initiating the return process.
Exchanges
We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please email orders@morellagrove.com.au and we will guide you through the exchange process.
