Shipping policy

For your convenience and efficiency, orders are shipped directly from ourselves usually within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Delivery times can vary but metro areas are usually delivered within 24 hours, and other states usually 2-3 days depending on freight companies and time of year.

Free shipping is available within Australia on orders over $150. Excluding our 20L drums.

Item Not Delivered

Please allow 10 business days for your item to arrive from the day we sent you a dispatch email. Most late parcels arrive within 5 business days of their expected delivery date.

Please note we need to be notified within 10 days of dispatch if your item has still not arrived with you.

Failed Deliveries

Please note that any orders sent out that are returned to us as undelivered for whatever reason (e.g. requiring a signature, recipient not at home or address incorrect) will be returned to stock and refunded. The original postage cost will not be refunded in these cases.
