Glove garlic
1/4 cup fresh chopped Thyme
1/4 cup fresh chopped Oregano
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
500gm whole mushrooms
2 Tbsp Morella Grove Olive Oil
1& 1/2 Tbsp Morella Grove Apple Vinegar
1 Tbsp Honey
Pinch of salt
1 tspn red chilli flakes (optional)
1. Wash and destalk mushrooms and dry
2. Saute' mushrooms in 1tbsp of oil and pinch of salt for approximately 10 minutes. If needed add more oil
3. Remove from heat and let cool
4. In a small bowl combine all other ingredients
5. Add Mushrooms to marinate including the remaining Olive Oil
