Balsamic Glazed Salmon

  • 450g Salmon Fillet

Sauce

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Morella Grove / Guava Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1.Combine the above sauce ingredients and divide into 3 batches

2.Marinate the salmon with 1/3 sauce for 15-20 minutes. Discard the marinate

3.Arrange salmon on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake 180C for 15-20 minutes, basting the salmon with 1/3 of sauce hallway through

4.Dish & serve hot drizzled with the remaining 1/3 of the sauce

5. Serve with steamed greens
