Delivery times can vary but metro areas are usually delivered within 24 hours, and other states usually 2-3 days depending on freight companies and time of year.
Free shipping is available within Australia on orders over $150. Excluding our 20L drums.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar with a hand mixer until light and foamy, about 5 minutes.
Melt the butter and let cool slightly. When cooled to room temperature, add it slowly to the egg-sugar mixture with the vanilla, mixing constantly.
Whisk together flour and baking powder; slowly add it to the egg mixture to create a firm dough.
Roll out the dough to 1/8-inch thick on parchment-lined baking pans and cut with themed cookie cutters (Christmas, star or round shape).
Cut out a hole in the centre of half of the cookies and remove scraps. Re-roll scraps and repeat.
Bake about 8 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely.
Sprinkle the cookies that have holes in the middle with confectioners' sugar. Spread cookies without holes with our jam. Press together jam-filled cookie with holed-out cookies to form a sandwich.
