Delivery times can vary but metro areas are usually delivered within 24 hours, and other states usually 2-3 days depending on freight companies and time of year.

Ingredients:
- 2 large red capsicums (bell peppers)
- 1 small head of radicchio
- 100g feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, torn
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
For the dressing:
- 3 tablespoons Morella Grove caramelised apple vinegar
- 4 tablespoons Morella Grove EVOO
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Wash and halve the capsicums, removing the seeds and membranes. Place them cut side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Roast the capsicums for about 25-30 minutes, or until the skin is charred and blistered.
4. Remove from the oven and place the capsicums in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let them steam for 10 minutes.
5. While the capsicums are cooling, prepare radicchio by washing it & tearing it into bite-sized pieces. Peel the skin off the cooled capsicums and slice them into strip
6. In a small jar, combine caramelised apple vinegar, EVOO, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper - SHAKE to mix
7. Time to platter or serve in salad bowl. Combine the radicchio, roasted capsicum strips, crumbled feta, and olives.
8. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
9. Sprinkle torn basil leaves over the top.
10. Serve immediately and enjoy 🤩
