You will need:
Chicken Pieces skin on (Thighs, drumsticks, breasts, wings )
1 x Jar Morella Grove Gourmet Peri Peri sauce
Greek Yoghurt
Morella Grove Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Freshly sliced long red chilli's (for garnish)
Corn on the cob
Good sea salt/pepper
This is all about how spicy you like it 🌶️ 😜
Simply coat the chicken pieces in about 1/2 jar MG Peri Peri sauce with about 2 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt, less yoghurt if you want it spicy, more yoghurt if you can't handle the heat.
Preheat a hooded barbecue grill to medium and lightly grease with oil.
Place the chicken skin-side down on the grill and cook, covered, for 7–8 minutes.
Turn and cook the other side, basting.
Continue to cook with the hood closed, turning and basting occasionally, for a further 30 minutes until cooked through.
Spray corn cobs 🌽with our Morella Grove EVOO the one that comes in our stainless steel spray bottle is ideal, season with salt & pepper & GRILL until slightly charred.
